Endurance Riders of Alberta Members
By having an Endurance Riders of Alberta membership, you and your horse will accumulate miles after each successful ride, earning mileage awards for certain milestones, starting at 250 miles. At every 250 mile increment you are celebrated at our year end awards, and at every 1,000 mile increment you will receive a larger award to mark all your hard work and dedication to the partnership with your equine.
How do you become a member? Just download the Annual Membership Form and/or New Horse Registration Form. Fill them out and email to our Membership Director at the address shown on the form followed by an e-transfer to the address shown. Rider’s memberships require annual applications, however horses are a one time only registration. For returning members only, a late fee will be applied after March 31st.
ERA requires proof of membership and Alberta Equestrian Federation (AEF) insurance coverage to participate in ERA rides and to become a member.
If you are not a current ERA member, and do not have insurance coverage, you cannot be a member in good standing and this will affect your miles, points, and voting privileges so please ensure all your memberships are current!
