Celebrating Excellence in Endurance Riding
Each year, the Endurance Riders of Alberta Annual Awards recognize the dedication, perseverance, and achievements of our riders and equine partners throughout the season.
Our awards program celebrates the Top 5 Mileage and Top 5 Points earners in each age category for both horses and riders, highlighting outstanding accomplishments across all levels of competition. These awards honor the countless hours of training, conditioning, and partnership that define the sport of endurance riding.
In addition to annual achievements, we proudly recognize the remarkable milestones reached through years of commitment to the sport. Lifetime mileage awards celebrate the cumulative accomplishments of both horses and riders, acknowledging those whose dedication has contributed significantly to the endurance riding community in Alberta.
Whether competing for seasonal rankings or reaching impressive lifetime mileage milestones, every achievement represents the spirit of endurance riding: partnership, determination, and a love of the trail. We are proud to celebrate the riders and horses whose efforts inspire our community year after year.

ERA ANNUAL MEMORIAL AWARDS
The Endurance Riders of Alberta Annual Memorial Awards recognize the individuals and/or equine partners who exemplify the spirit, values, and community of endurance riding. These special awards honour those who went above and beyond during the year, whether through outstanding sportsmanship, volunteerism, mentorship, perseverance, horsemanship, or contributions that strengthened and enriched our endurance community.
Named in memory of influential members who helped shape our sport, these awards celebrate the qualities that cannot always be measured by mileage or points. They recognize the riders, horses, and supporters whose dedication, generosity, and positive impact inspire others and leave a lasting mark on our organization.
The Annual Memorial Awards are a meaningful opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the exceptional people and partnerships that make Endurance Riders of Alberta a strong, welcoming, and supportive community. Through these awards, we honour both the legacy of those who came before us and the individuals who continue to carry that spirit forward today.
